We are employed by Hutchison to provide professional consultancy services for the project involving 2 signboards with more than 4m in height. We successfully obtained approval from the Buildings Department that one of the signboards having dimensions of 4m x 4m x 4m without sacrificing any Gross Floor Area of the site.
