This luxury house development project with the design of a 2-storey residential part and a large basement area of about 5,000 sq. ft. We are acting as the Lead Consultant by providing AP, RSE, Architectural Design, MEP Consultancy Service and Landscape Design and Planning Consultancy Service. We are also the Main Contractor to build the house, including the Foundation and Stone Façade Work.
