The project is a luxury house redevelopment project with a 2-storey height and one basement floor (approx. 5,000 sq. ft.). We acted as AP, RSE, Architectural Design, MEP Consultancy Service, Landscape Design and Demolition Contractor. The biggest achievement of the project is we could obtain approval with 1,388 sq. ft. GFA which is more than the typical house development in the Kowloon Tong district.
