We were employed by the Hutchison to provide professional consultancy service for the project involves 2 signboards of more than 4m in height. We successfully obtained the approval from Buildings Department that one of the signboard having dimensions of 4m x 4m x 4m is approved without sacrificing any Gross Floor Area of the site.
